With 30+ years of experience in the field of escrow, there isn’t a question Juana can’t answer! Juana began her escrow journey as an escrow assistant in the 90’s, working her way up the latter, to becoming escrows biggest face for renowned companies such as Fidelity National Title Services, Chicago Settlement Services, ServiceLink, and independent escrow companies all over Southern California. Juana has closed escrow on more than 20 billion dollars worth of real estate and that number continues to grow.

Nima’s leadership experience stems from humble beginnings in the field of ophthalmology. After 6 years of leading teams, performing clinical studies, and assisting over 80+ surgeons, he decided to enter the escrow world. After closing an average of 500 escrows a month, managing numerous escrow joint ventures, and climbing up the ranks of well-known escrow companies, he decided to team up with Juana and open VIP Escrow Services.
Nima handles client development & management of the relationships between VIP Escrow and its beloved clientele.
